Shipping Policy

 When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Depending on the country where the product is ordered, we send it from our closest warehouse so that your shipment arrives as soon as possible. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and high sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days and will be shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. After that, it will take 3 - 8 business days for delivery to the United States and 7-15 business days for international orders (depending on location). Additionally, your order will have a tracking number with which you can track your package live.

IMPORTANT: Due to the current developments surrounding COVID-19, orders may take longer than usual. We apologize for this situation and we also ask for patience since this is something that is out of our hands. Our commitment is to sell quality products as well as deliver them to you as soon as possible. For this reason, we have WAIVED SHIPPING COSTS to all destinations. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
